More than a decade working with leading superyacht builders, much of it close to leadership, has given me an inside understanding of how this business works — its pace, expectations, relationships and the many interests involved.
My background in Applied Psychology adds another perspective. It helps me understand the people and dynamics behind a question, recognise what may be getting in the way and see what is needed to move things forward.
